if i could give this a 0 star for service i would. this place has zero Accommodations for allergies.. I tried to order the beef bento box and told the guy at the register that I was allergic to crab and if I could switch the California rolls with something different like perhaps extra dumplings instead and he told me no, i’ve never had any problems with accommodations with any restaurant til today with Sarku. Always delicious
come here often or order delivery from this place. It used to be one of my favorite spots, but lately the quality has gone down. I always order extra items and I know exactly how my order should look. However, the guys at the serving counter don’t really pay attention — they just scoop and move on. And this isn’t the first time. I understand it can get busy and hot during rush hours, but I even came when there were almost no people — and it happened again.
