You should really change your hours to reflect what they actually are. Came at 11:30, because it states the place is open, only to be told to come back at 12.
I’ve gone too many different locations of this franchise, and never once have. I left so offended and disgusted not only by the food, but the service of this particular location. I love Sarku Japan. It is one of my favorite mall dining spots in the greater Houston area. However, every time I’ve came here, I’m bombarded with up charges illegitimate behavior, such as giving me less chicken than a normal serving size to try to charge me for extra chicken when I ask for more, And being looked at as an annoyance instead of a cust... read more
