Ordered on line to pick up two orders of chicken teriyaki using Doordash pick up app. The lady at the register didn't seem to speak English very well and basically said we don't have your food. So I wait in line and when I get back to the register the lady who doesn't speak English well basically told me they didn't have my order. So I rate Sarku at the Orange Park Mall zero stars but since the lowest rate I can give is 1 star they get 1 star only by default. The same rating goes to the Doordash Pick Up app as well. Food always hot and good
I work in the mall and no matter what, the app never works. No matter what the special is they can’t ring it up. You can’t ask questions because the cashier is always confused with the online orders
