Great chicken perfectly seasoned, not under cooked/ slightly over cooked but it adds flavor so I can’t complain. Noodle’s weren’t to my liking but others who enjoy SarkuJapan have told me that they are the traditional noodles that you get in Japan. Otherall good service, faster then any fast food in the strip

It was in the food court at the Exchange mall on base. My oldest son told us about it. So we tried it. Excellent. We've been looking for a good teriyaki place. I know there's another Sarku or 2 around & we'll maybe try it. But very happy w the order. Use the app for $5 off your 1st order. If you don't mind a food court setting... Food looked ans smelled great, but i was a bit disappointed with the taste and the price. The vegetables and the white rice were both overcooked, and the spring roll was room temp and soggy.
Best restaurant on Fort Bliss. They do get busy during lunch. I hope they expand.
