Not sure if they follow the recipe from the parent company. Extremely salty and oily.
I like Moe Ba's characterization in his review, below "not as vibrant and energized as before." I felt the same way. The meal felt "dead" and not alive. Chicken felt dry and old, and the flavors didn't feel like everything was merged well. It was just felt like dead chicken, noodles, and sauce added after. I did eat the whole thing, though, but I don't think I'll order again.
Been eating here since I was a teenager. Great food to enjoy if your that ethnicity. Service has always been great. Portions are huge.
Great portions, great food. Ask for extra sauce. The noodles are top notch, the fried rice is just okay. The app gives great deals but only if you order through it. There's a reason that more than half the food court has changed around Sarku and it hasn't gone anywhere.
