Terrible service. The employees at Sarku in Willowbrook Mall treat you poorly—they speak to you rudely and practically throw the food at you. It’s awful; I do not recommend it.
Doordash delivered from here. Took over 10 minutes for the order to be ready, in what is supposed to be grab-n-go. In that time, I saw workers on their phones, and a worker scoop a piece of beef from a sauce bin and proceed to serve it. I also saw a rubber band almost get served with the food.
Horrible customer service. The girl at the register wouldn’t even budge to get you a bag, napkins, or chop sticks. All she did was point and tell you where to get it. Then they tried to give me the driest, old, and really hard dumplings for my bento box.
The cashier would not even budge to get you chop sticks, napkins or bags. She would just point and tell you where to get it. Then they tried to sell me dry, old, and hard dumplings, even though the Spanish chef was making new ones.
Go to THAI KITCHEN. Small portions, food is below average
