They pre cook chicken and just leave it sitting on the grill. This is so unsanitary.. someone needs to inspect this place.
Staff were INCREDULOUSLY rude, not just to me but pretty much everyone else on the line. Arguing with customers that items aren’t served when they’re clearly marked on the menu (eg. à la carte Tempura). Personally, I asked the cashier if he could put the rice for my Teri plate on the side since I’m not eating there and didn’t want the food to get soggy. His response? “We don’t do that. It’s only on the bottom. If you want the rice on the side I have to charge you for extra rice”, even though I’m not asking for anything extra... read more
Good every time.
This was my parents favorite place to eat. I got them food from here the other day and my dad got sick and the food was not good. I did see they had new cooks two Spanish guys working the kitchen and I gotta be honest it’s not the same. This is coming from someone who is Spanish. I think they just need to train them better and ensure the quality is the same because it’s not.
Sarku has been a staple of food courts for as long as I can remember. To be honest, the sushi is really good! We ordered at the front and they made it fresh on the spot. The chicken teriyaki is also very satisfying if you want a healthier option for lunch, it comes with rice and mixed vegetables.
