I ordered a triple beef meal, receipt says (2x beef teriyaki, with TWO extra beef). While I was waiting for my order, one of the chefs realized they had forgotten to give another customer the beef for her chicken and beef order. Instead of cooking fresh beef for her, they took some of the beef from my order and used it for her meal, without cooking any. I’m disappointed and it’s just Unacceptable.

I ordered a normal portion. The portion was good.
Food is delicious but you guys be careful please. Look at what i found in my order this morning 7.23.2026 as I was chewing my food. FOOD WAS GREAT AND REALLY GOOD! I hope you make the proper changes so this doesn't happen again.
