Their food has been good for years and it keeps me coming back. The teriyaki chicken is to die for.
I don't like Chinese food but Japan Sarkozy is the best... Teriyaki rice and vegetable is to die for must have eat here at least once a week. Love it.
Really yummy food,always served fresh. My family loves this food and this restaurant has an excellent family atmosphere.
Horrible owner, his imperialism it's ridiculous, his manners are disgusting. Babble English impossible to understand and that upset him instead of the customer, I watched how his wife yield at a kid for taking a fork because mom did not purchase the plate there. humiliated the kid had to put it back, A PLASTIC FORK. What in hell give you the right to treat customers like dirt? NOTHING!
I was so disappointed and mad today at Sarku Japan's cashier named Javier. He was so rude in treating customers like me. Instead of apologizing, he kept on insisting that I ordered "noodles" instead of a side order "shrimp tempura". This is the first time that I have ever encountered a "rude" cashier at Sarku Japan First Colony mall branch.
The service/food was excellent
One of the only things left at lakeview square mall... stay away or you will be let down at that mall. Chinese was good though.
I eat there on regular basis so I was shocked to find hair at the bottom of my rice. Wont be going back anytime soon.
