This SARKU in the Broward Mall in Plantation, FL used to be great and the service was good with a smile. Maybe the owner lady is unhappy or tired of working all these years and hours. If a person is upset about their life or business, it could be time for a vacation or a rest. If the owner has gotten so cheap with food and kindness that she is offending the customers and staff, she must take a step back and evaluate what she's doing wrong and fix it.
