At this location when you walk through the entrance the front mat is full of dirt, leaves and trash, and the glass doors have not been cleaned or disinfected. They have dirt, smudges and fingerprints all over the entrance and exit doors. The entry and exit is very filthy, and this has been an observation from last October, last winter. It is now June, Summer 2026. This uncleanliness is unacceptable for a restaurant. First impressions last. Please clean up this restaurant! in Ramsey N.J.
Not going anymore. Take out 3 orders of Chicken teriyaki. Most of chickens are hard to chew. Looks like and taste like leftover from previous cook. Went to trash. Also, don't understand why all Chinese food restaurants' staff are not friendly to customers. I don't expect to get greetings but they all have angry face.
They service very small amount of chicken. They try to snag you with “you want extra chicken” for like $3 more. Meanwhile, the plate in other places has been generous. Without buying the “extra” chicken. The plate here they abused, very small amount of chicken. Not coming back
Ordered food through Doordash in less than 25 mins it was delivered basically cold. Food didn’t taste fresh either. The dumplings in the bento boxes are cooked in large batches and just sit there and have always been cold as long as I’ve been visiting this location. My California rolls didn’t arrive with any wasabi or ginger either. If you look at other reviews they mention they’re sorry they disappointed their customers. Seems to be a pattern here.
