they are making it very difficult for me to get a medicare rebait back on an appointment i have over 2 months ago! i keep getting put on hold then hung up on, getting told a manager will call me back and it never happens. i don’t recommend.
Very disappointed. I phoned several times chasing up results. This is not the first time. I'm in a lot of pain & was told Pirya would see me at my scheduled appointment which is 2 weeks time. WHAT???...Why is it so hard to get results at this practice. I'm an ex Medical Receptionist, this practice has been an eye opener.
Wonderful practice Polite and professional staff and great caring doctors. Have been coming here for many years for myself and my children. Highly recommended this practice.
