Very frustrating experience. I have been waiting over a week for an authorization request to be sent to my PCP. I have called more than 10 times and keep getting transferred from person to person with no resolution. Poor communication and follow-through. As a patient, I feel like my concerns are not being taken seriously.
She listens and I think she is great.
