I had an appointment tomorrow 1-23-25 but my husband called to see if the doctor could see me before and the receptionist told him I could go today 1-22-25... I got there and she told me that the appointment was until the 1-29 and I showed her the card where it said the date 1-23, it was her mistake. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They made me waste my time because of their mistake. I lost the day at my job..The white lady at front she is the one do the mistake she need to put more attention
This is a good Dr with a very lazy nurse. My Mom who is 90/has health problems has had her referrals delayed, because her nurse is so busy, it takes her months to do referrals. This has happened on 3 separate occasions. When I called to see why a simple referral to Premier Radiology hadn't been done, after waiting 2 weeks I was told my Mom was not their only patient/was told I couldn't get an appointment to air my concerns.
