This place was awesome. Sad to hear they’ve closed down.
Coming here is like being with old friends. You're greeted by a husband and wife team like as if they have been knowing you for 20 years. Food is made from scratch and is very fresh. Tacos and bowls are the best I've ever had. I try to come here at least once a week. If you want something different, come here and enjoy!

Hidden gem on Freret St! I eat lunch there weekly and it never disappoints. Chinnie steak Bowl for the win
Great place on Freret in the uptown area to grab food or drinks! The servers there are warm and helpful. Their food is fresh and prices are very affordable. Owners Sara and Ronald pay attention to service and quality. They even serve you a complimentary chips and queso appetizer upon being seated. Sarita's is just a couple of short blocks down Prytania off Napoleon in a safe area.
