Extremely unorganized practice. The front desk staff is not knowledgeable enough in insurance practices to be of any help getting reimbursed for procedures. And Dr. Kaplan does not accept insurance. You’d think they’d care about their patients enough to have insurance figured out so you don’t have to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket. Nope. They don’t. Dr. Kaplan and her team could get many procedures covered by your insurance but they chose to be ignorant and not help patients. They only care about making as much money... read more
The level of care I received from Dr. Kaplan and her colleagues was the best I’ve had from any medical provider in my life. I feel so good about my diagnosis and treatment plan. I cannot recommend her enough.
