Dont buy meritage. I bought a new one in coastal woods and it was built horribly. So many things they never fixed.
Im from the meritage on the other side but they deleted the buisness because of poor reviews. House had so many problems day 1 that they never fixed and 5 years later its like the entire house is falling apart. Do not buy, these houses arent worth the scrapwood theyre built with.
Had a chance to be a great community. However, the H.O.A. is going to micro manage all the wrong things and make a place that looks beautiful but is hard to live daily life. Forget about bringing any company vehicles home unless they're hidden in your garage. But I'm sure they meant well in the beginning.
