I liked her, she explained so I could understand. I saw her twice....my third appt. was rescheduled after asking if I could pay my two copays or at least one of the copays that were owed. It seemed like since I couldn't pay it I couldn't be seen. I was not asked for any copays before so to be called an asked days before appointment and then told I had to be rescheduled the appointment made it seem like she was indifferent about my heart problems and only concerned about the money.
