Really disappointed with lack of customer service. Took our Mini Foxy to get nails clipped again. They caused her toe to bleed badly, blamed us for not warning that she was aggressive (she was not and her nails had been clipped there previously without incident) and told us that she would need to be sedated to have her nails clipped in future. I went to a different vet in Mackay today and they clipped her nails fine. Yes, she wriggled due to her previous trauma, but the job was completed without her being aggressive. Also, d... read more

My Heart Breaks remembering our pet chicken, she was with us for 13 years and when we finally had to say goodbye the Sarina Vet Team were so very kind to us. We were surprised and became emotional when we received a heartfelt message in a condolence card. I know people will say it was just a chicken, but she meant so much to us and your thoughtfulness shows us all how much you love and care for your patients. Thank you Sarina Vets.
