Just an honest little motel didn't have any complaints
Always a wonderful feed. Every time I come here it’s always impeccable service and quality food, even when I order the same thing over it’s exactly the same every time. Extremely happy 10/10.
We booked a room on Friday for 3 adults to break up our 12-hour drive from Townsville to Maryborough. I was told the office closed at 9pm, and that if we hadn’t arrived by 8:30pm, my credit card would be charged and I’d receive a call with instructions on where the room key would be left. Half an hour out of Sarina, I called to confirm our arrival only to be told they couldn’t find my booking. A few minutes later, they rang back and said there was no record of my reservation at all. The food is the best in the entire region (way better than anything Mackay has to offer). A varied menu (Indian/Chinese/western). The rooms, although dated, are neat, clean and tidy. There is a restaurant, bar area, cafe area, small private function room (open for breakfast, lunch , morning & afternoon tea and dinner) The motel has a pool. Very highly recommended.
