I really can't explain have wonderful your staff were. From reception, X-ray and the wonderful doctor that was on duty Monday morning the 12th August. I am from Victoria and I have never experienced the love and care that was given to myself when I really need care. Big shout out to Sam, Bev, Toni and the kitchen staff all very accommodating.
My little boy got hurt badly yesterday and the staff at Sarina hospital were so nice to us. They kept us and my son informed every second of the way and made us feel reassured. Especially Nurse Toni who was so lovely to him & gentle and Nurse Ashleigh who never left his side the whole time we were there.
After injuring my head, I went straight to the hospital. They welcomed me with smile and efficiency. Finally they helped me with the refund with my insurance. Perfect and fast 👍
