I had a very difficult time and went to several specialist regarding my thyroid. I was told that although I had several nodules on my thyroid everything was fine. Dr. Baines and her team were the only ones who listened to me and did the needed tests. I did need to get my thyroid removed and she did an amazing job. They listened to me and explained everything the way it needed to be explained. I would recommend her and her team to anyone. Their bed side manner and my overall experience was more than anyone could ask for.
Absolutely - and I’ll keep the review otherwise the same. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Baines and her entire office. Dr. Bains made me feel at ease with my anxiety regarding my surgery. She made me feel comfortable from my initial office visit to my post op appointment. I highly recommend her & her staff. She answered every question I had regarding my needle biopsy & my surgery. Without a doubt, her whole staff is professional, helpful & caring. Sharing on behalf of my mother, Stephanie. She had an incredible experience with Dr. Bains. She was thorough, patient, and extremely knowledgeable and guided me gently through the process of my biopsy. Just returned to her office today to receive the best news that my results were benign! She explained everything in great detail and answered all my questions with care. She was genuinely enthusiastic about my report and I recommend her highly!
