They let me begin a process I was never eligible for in the first place. After years of waiting, paying their fees, and holding onto hope, everything fell apart because of their oversight. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to place the blame on me — but aren’t they supposed to be the professionals? They offered a credit toward a different process that I no longer need, which doesn’t make up for the wasted time and money.
