Since the moment I had the first interaction with Carmen Jusino and the legal team they walked me through step by step. I was well informed of the best possible and worse solution giving me the realistic expectations. I recommend this firm.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been the worst service I’ve experienced for a family case. They were quick to take my money, but my case went nowhere. Whenever I asked for help or updates, I was given the runaround instead of real answers. Very disappointing experience—charging fees without providing meaningful support.
