I don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled after my wonderful experience with Dr. Refai. He was very patient and kind. He never made me feel rushed. He spent as much time as I needed to address all my questions and concerns. He listened intently and throughly explained the information in a way that I can understand without a medical background. My appointment with him was one of the best medical appointments I have ever had. The receptionist and nurse were also great!! I am so thankful I was referred to him!
Dr Refai and Melissa were wonderful in working to find a lab that could do some specialty testing my husband needed. Dr. Refai was very kind at our visit and provided us information that was understandable. We are blessed to have been referred to him for care.
I've been seeing Dr. Rafi for a couple of years to treat my restless legs, and his dedication to my treatment has truly transformed my life. When I first arrived, I couldn’t even leave my house past 6:00 PM because of my legs. Now, thanks to his care, I can go out and enjoy life like everyone else! Dr. Rafi listens with patience, is kind and understanding, and has never made me feel rushed during a visit. His office staff is always friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend him!
