Norma has been a great help for me and is very understanding of my health problems. She will help you anyway that she can!
About two out of every five trips they do something that actually helps which isn't bad but my biggest problem with this place is you can never get them on the telephone I've been trying to call them for 2 months now to pay a bill and I have yet to get them on the phone
My husband was prescribed an antibiotic he was allergic to. Someone removed his allergies from the chart evidently because he always informs medical staff about allergies and he was an existing patient. Be Careful!
They won't answer the phone when you call. So hard to get an appointment. I have been trying to get someone to answer for over a half an hour.
