Sargent's has always been there for my programs and for the community. They do quality work and always deliver on time. Dave McCoy, the owner, is a community guy and really cares about the children of the area. We just ran a baseball camp and he provided t-shirts at cost. As long as I'm a coach, Sargent's will be my equipment and uniform provider.
Total disappointment! We bought a letterman jacket in Sept. 2014 and we still have NO jacket! I call, I email and nobody responds! Socorro is the absolute worst! We spent $700+ and they couldn't care less about their customers! I'd NEVEr recommend this store! They are a study in frustration!
Fantastic customer service as soon as I walked in. Gave the sales guy my list of baseball gear needed for two boys, even though they were really busy, he walked me around the store to give me my options and some advice. We had all our gear and paid for in 20 minutes!
Great job of replacing my glove and at a good price too.Thanks.
