My experience with A1 was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a service provider. My mower was picked up from my home in Greene County, and so I expected it to go to the Odon shop, but I later received a call stating it was brought to the Newburgh office, and yet I continued to receive calls from Odon. Still not sure where exactly they brought my mower. My mower is practically brand new, only used to mow under an acre a just a few times before it broke a wheel bearing. l bought it in June 2024.
