5 stars for everything! Knowledgeable people, great help and products. I really can't say enough good things about them. Definitely will keep going to them for all my hydraulic and mechanical needs! I've had to revise my recommendation here after my last few interactions with them. They have seriously gone down hill and are having extreme shortages for parts, hoses, and repairs. ANDREW the SVC MGR and MACKENZIE the PRTS MGR both have the most exemplary customer service skills and are both very knowledgeable in their respective positions and were very helpful in answering all my questions while paying attention to detail. If you are on the fence on where you should take your business, look no further, Sargent's Equipment of Wisconsin will be my Go-To from here on out!

They have had are rams for more then three weeks now they said a week tops. N my dad had to reach out to then to even find out that there company they use for product sent them the wrong ones so it was going to be even longer and no they not answering the phone or calling us back. And I bet they will charge full price for labor n parts plus extra for them messing stuff up
