The customer service and flexibility Sargent has is top notch. You can absolutely tell they care about their customers and potential customers and operate like a family business. Adam, Erica, and Dina specifically were fantastic to work with.
The siding job and gutter replacement turned out great. From start to finish the communication was excellent and all the workers were very professional. The project manager made sure to check in every morning and evening when they were starting and finishing the job and gave updates along the way.
This was our third gutter company out to do our job and we couldn't be happier with their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work. From answering our calls to coming back out when we had questions, they were always great to sort with. Great price for their work as well.
We just had a new roof and gutters done by Sargent Roofing. They did a great job! Manny was our salesman and was very knowledgeable without high pressure. Anthony, the project leader and Matt, the roofing crew leader and his whole crew did an excellent job as well.
