Just ordered a set of Sargent seats from the USA for my R1300GS Adventure for delivery to Ireland. They got back to me straight away and Michelle there has gone out of her way to try to get them delivered ASAP. Fantastic customer service!! I'll post again after I receive the seats and try them out for comfort compared to the stock seats.
After owning several Sargent seats in the past, I felt confident and looking forward to purchasing another. I was sorry to see that Sargent did not make a seat for my new Moto GuzzI Stelvio, so I purchased a cover from Italy and it was terrible. Looked good but very uncomfortable. So I gave Sargent a call and they told me they could custom make one for my stock seat. So I sent my seat and in a couple of weeks, my new Sargent seat came and I am now a happy camper!
Was very happy with my experience with these folks .Indian chief there wasn't a lot of options out there so I had my factory seat redone very happy with new fit . work on seat looks great . haven't rode yet but I think overall experience was great.thank Jordan and lady I didn't catch her name but was very helpful .fast turnaround was also above and beyond.
I haven't received my seat yet, however, if it's a good as their customer service, I'm sure it will be great. Had some initial questions that were answered quickly Then a SNAFU in shipping them my hold seat, but Holly was great to work with to straighten it out. Additionally, once they had my seat, they called to clarify the order to ensure I get what I ordered/wanted.
Very impressed with Sargent and their team. Holly helped to exceed all my expectations. I cannot wait to put some distance miles on my new saddle.
