Awesome place to work
It was cool at first, but time will tell and true colors will show. I can’t speak for Maine, because they’re operated like a company. However, Greensboro is a bit different. I’ve seen so many minorities get treated poorly and even fired. I come from management, so I’ve seen a lot know a lot first hand. I did my part and the superintendent when it came to the Greensboro cross field project. That company covers that one superintendent no matter what he does and covers his habit. The 1st year in this company was good but as the supervison grew and the old supers moved up they started showing there prejudice towards other races publicly. Not all just two of them that i worked under in greensboro nc . The pill popping supervisor was known all throughout the company but ignored. They have lost alot of good employees and more to come unless changes are made. I don’t advise anyone to work for this company unless they understand that they will not grow here.
