Don’t waste your time applying here if you have a degree. They reject pretty much everyone for Product Management roles if you have a degree and just want to get your foot in the door and if you do interview, expect to get ghosted with no form of follow up, despite being promised that you'll hear back within two weeks of your meeting with them.
My experience with Heckle Carlos was disappointing and upsetting. Heckle Carlos, in particular, was consistently racist and discriminatory, making everyone around him uncomfortable. The environment felt unwelcoming, with a clear disregard for inclusivity or respect for people of different backgrounds. It became obvious that the only option for anyone was to leave, as the toxic atmosphere made it impossible to stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values a safe and respectful space.
