The worst clinic. I don't recommend it. You're never seen by a doctor; you're always seen by a nurse practitioner. They don't send lab orders on time, and when you call, the customer service is terrible: they transfer you and then ask you to leave a voicemail. Never go there.
Worse experience ever. Never saw doctor and only PA and she never ever examined me. No medical notes on app, labs drawn and changed no results. Will be filling an official complaint with Texas Medical Board and insurance fraud. Do not use this place if you value your health. Completely unprofessional staff and you get Complete run around.
Poor service nothing systematic and organized.
Was very disappointed in how dismissive Dr. Aly and his passive aggressive nurse were during my visit. Will not be returning.
I am my mother's Medical and Legal power of attorney, somehow my mother was removed from her care facility without my knowledge and taken to see Dr. Aly. When I called for information I was put on hold for more than 30 minutes and no one picked up my call. I tried again to call and clicked the option to speak to the office manager, my call went straight to voice mail and half way through my message it hung up on me. Be wary of using this doctor.
