This office urgently needs to improve its communication and scheduling. We were told results could be provided by phone, then instructed to come in only to find no appointment in the system despite having confirmation. At checkout, staff also continued pushing another appointment after being told it was unnecessary. Several other patients appeared frustrated by similar issues. I was asked to come in for a post-hospital visit regarding one of my blood tests and my blood cultures. However, I was only given an address and told to show up for a blood test, and I assumed everything would be handled smoothly since I was the one was being followed up with. When I arrived, they had none of my information on file, had no idea what was supposed to happen, and did not seem aware of the plan. Over the past few weeks I have witnessed first hand the kind of care my friends dad has received from these people and I’m disappointed. No one answers the phone. When they do they have an attitude like they can’t bothered to do their job. Not to mention the reason my friend’s dad ended up back in the emergency room with severe illness is because of the lack of attention/care he has been receiving for his check ups. If you care about your family member take them somewhere else.
