I was asked to come in for a post-hospital visit regarding one of my blood tests and my blood cultures. However, I was only given an address and told to show up for a blood test, and I assumed everything would be handled smoothly since I was the one was being followed up with. Over the past few weeks I have witnessed first hand the kind of care my friends dad has received from these people and I’m disappointed. No one answers the phone. When they do they have an attitude like they can’t bothered to do their job. Not to mention the reason my friend’s dad ended up back in the emergency room with severe illness is because of the lack of attention/care he has been receiving for his check ups. If you care about your family member take them somewhere else.

I have never seen the actual provider at this clinic. Also they never send meds to my pharmacy unless i have them do it with me there. Also they take a copay for everything and don’t disclose the lab results until copay is paid. Not a big fan of the clinic. Also really dirty bathroom. Especially being infectious disease clinic, they should be even cleaner.
The worst clinic. I don't recommend it. You're never seen by a doctor; you're always seen by a nurse practitioner. They don't send lab orders on time, and when you call, the customer service is terrible: they transfer you and then ask you to leave a voicemail. Never go there.
