Violated HIPAA guidelines by contacting people not on my emergency contacts. Showed other nurses my personal information and messages. Refused to listen to me when I clearly stated I didn’t consent nor want to be dismissed to a psychiatric ward. Used me as her personal Lab rat to test new medications on. REPORTED TO THE MEDICAL BOARD
