Our logistics company successfully moved over $50,000 in loads for them. They paid $6,400 and now (over 60 days later) are refusing to pay the balance. We have signed BOL's stating that all deliveries were made on time. We paid all of our expenses and personnel (so that they can feed their families) with the expectation that Sarens paid their bills.
