I purchased a 90 minute massage and called and texted to book the appointment. I ended up getting a refund because of how bad the customer service was before even stepping foot in the business.

Bought a Groupon for Four Winds and discovered it is just a new name for Sarenity, which I have been to before. Sketchy if you ask me. Was able to swap my groupon for a more reputable place. Before I figured it out, I had texted 4 times and emailed 2 times with no response.
Terrible customer service. Tried to book an appointment for my group on for a month. Then they asked me for the number to book an appointment. Which means I would pay them before I received the service. Very untrustworthy! Go somewhere else.
