I had such a great experience here! The price was very reasonable, they finished my vehicle ahead of schedule, and Joe is truly the sweetest. If you ever need auto body work, I highly recommend Certified Collision. Thank you for making the whole process so pleasant.
If you own a Tesla or any other electric car, take it somewhere else. If I could give these guys zero stars, I would. If you have a slight scratch on your car, or if you need a side mirror replaced, something really easy then I would say you could take your car here. By no means is this a collision center, scratch and dent, yes, collision, NO! For starters, we were told they could fix my car and we had to take it back twice. I had a fantastic experience with Joe and Shawn at the Certified Collision Center. They were excellent with communication and made an otherwise difficult situation much easier and less complicated. Would 100% recommend them.
Absolutely great experience with the guys here! Our truck was throwing various codes so we first took it to Chevrolet, who quoted us upwards of $1400 JUST to diagnose, not even fix. They were also generally unfriendly and it felt like they were taking advantage of me because I’m a woman. So, I took my truck to these guys since they are down the road.
