I’ve been going to Dr Beladi for almost 10 years and pay out of pocket because Conviva no longer takes my insurance. All of my care is with Cleveland Clinic but I have kept Dr Beladi as my primary… that is how great I think she and her staff are. I read the reviews and do not agree with the negative ones. We are very happy with this office and the great care we get. These people complaining and bashing this office are just clueless, entitled, old adults acting like kids. Overall, great office and they are NOT concierge!!!
Showed up for my yearly physical and was told they no longer accept my insurance. No warning whatsoever, been a patient over 10 years. I had to find another GP.
Had such a good history with the office until Trish showed up behind the front window... She should be fired as the whole office is aware of her nasty temperament! She is far too old to not have learned to speak nicely to others and the CUSTOMERS!
