I always get sardis and i’m rarely anything other than pleased. today I went in the restaurant to pick up my regular order and this young girl interrupts me in the middle of me trying to tell her I have a pick up order and just says “name” in a very monotone voice. Not even kindly. And that was the only word she said to me the entire interaction. not “thank you”, not “you’re welcome” when I said “thank you”. not even a “have a good one”. We ordered for carry-out. The chicken was cooked very well. The flavors are amazing. I would like the skin a little more crispy. My son had the salmon and he enjoyed it. The greenbeens were cooked perfectly and the rice was a great mix of ingredients. Plaintains and yuca were good. We asked for only green sauce and instead got bbq. The potatoes taste box and I would suggest just not offering as it contrasts with all of the amazing fresh foods.

I’ve had multiple experiences with Ana where she has come across with an attitude and a very strong, unfriendly tone whenever I come in. It makes the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but this has happened more than once. Unfortunately, because of the way I’ve been treated, I will not be coming back. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.
