Restaurant is clean, food is tasty, very quick service and friendly staff. A bit more expensive than other chorcol chicken restaurants in the area.
On sunday, I went in to order chicken, and once again, they had run out. How does a place that serves chicken not have any chicken? To make things worse, the manager on duty—I think his name is William—never speaks up, never apologizes, and just stands there watching the other employees do all the work. I come here frequently, and it’s always the same with him: unhelpful, and unwilling to step in like a real manager should.Very disappointing and unprofessional.
La comida muy buena, pero lastima el servicio, hay un chavo que tiene un tatuaje rojo en el cuello, da un servicio tan horrible, parecería que el me regala la comida, por desgracia las tres veces que he ido, siempre me encuentro con él y el mismo carácter de m.. amargado, te pregunta si quieres algo más pero con un enojo. Y hoy justamente que fue estaba una muchacha esperando a ser atendida y como nadie le preguntó nada, tuvo que irse he iba enojada.
