I had an intake appointment and sent an email to follow up as requested 1 week later and did not get a response. They also encouraged me to purchase a number of supplements that it ended up I couldn’t taking but obviously I couldn’t return them. Seems like they don’t care and just want your money.
I highly recommend this practice! Dr. Balcaen, Cecilia, and Tina have been nothing short of amazing. I am feeling so much better since starting treatment with Dr. Balcaen, and the staff have provided the best customer service and compassionate care I have received. Thank you!
I have used this clinic for massage as my masseur has moved to this establishment. I have nothing but great things to say about the staff, the clinic, the caring people, the cleanliness and professionalism. Best experience I have ever had seeing a local doctor. If you want years of experience with a good ND doctor, schedule your appointment here. I am so thankful for Dr. Balcaen and his knowledge.
NOTE: Google Map fails to show right direction. PLEASE GO TO PARKING LOT OF RICKY'S RESTAURANT and Sardis Naturopathic Clinic is right behind the restaurant building. So search for Ricky's restaurant instead of Clinic. That will be straight forward!
