I never thought I'd encounter a doctor who genuinely hates people, but Dr. Smith is that guy. Dismissive, rude, uncaring, and unprofessional. His attitude and tone make it very clear that he is annoyed by having to speak to anyone, ever. He doesn't care to actually listen, so he consistently makes errors regarding details and dates which result in borderline misdiagnosis. He wants a pay cheque, that's it. This bitter, hateful guy (I won't dare say he's a man since he doesn't act like one) needs to retire. Period.
