Sadly this vet is one of those corporate run facilities. There is no owner operator here who may actually have a desire to provide a good service for you and your pet. Instead they are only concerned with maximum billing preying on people’s love for their pets. It may be hard to find a quality vet in Chilliwack but I can tell you that you will not find it here…unless of course you have money to burn.

Was amazing with my previous dog. They're so busy now you cant get it, the receptionists are obviously overworked because they have attitude for days. I regret the 1000s of dollars I spent at this clinic and will be switching clinics, which is a shame because Dr. Ola is the best vet ive ever met and dealt with.
When I called and explained to the receptionist that my cat is very sick and needs to see a doctor, she told me that there are no appointments for 2 weeks. What kind of BS is this? Most animal hospitals have a space for emergencies.
