I was looking forward to trying Sardinia by Zona Blu, especially because I’ve had several excellent experiences at Zona Blu itself. Unfortunately, this restaurant just doesn’t live up to the same standard. The good: the salmon and branzino were fresh and cooked properly, and having a full bar is definitely a plus. The disappointing part was that almost everything lacked flavor. The fish was fresh but needed seasoning, and the vegetables were just as bland.
