Disappointed to learn that they are providing catering for the National Guard occupying DC.
I’m extremely concerned after seeing a video showing food being seasoned and prepared outdoors near a dumpster at Sardi’s in Baltimore. The video appears to show trays of prepared/seasoned meat being placed on a rack that is also outside, while flies are visibly present in the area. Food preparation should be conducted in a clean, sanitary, and properly protected environment. Are you going to address the video that is circulating showing the unsafe food handling? Is this aomething that the health department is aware of ? The number listed on the vehicle in the videos is for this location. I used to eat here often. I hope this is not true . This is a shame !
