We recently visited this branch but were extremely disappointed. We had visited another branch where the food and service were both quite good. At this branch the service was ‘lack luster’ for want of a better word. Margarine was served in place of butter. We had to request butter. The margarine was presented with black spots on it, as if toast had been scraped over it; the pancakes were dry and the roast beef must have had a better day, somewhere… All in all it was, for us, very disappointing.
Marlene R. Was very kind and helpful. She made sure my order was perfect and she had a few jokes as well. She made it a very pleasant experience!
