I was a 9 year patient until today. Called to schedule appointment for contacts and asked if they had any demos lying around since I ran out. Offered to pay to hold me over to exam in two weeks. Krista told me I had to order a six month supply. Not only did she not listen but was rude beyond explanation. When I asked if this is how she treats a long term patient she said take my business elsewhere which I am more than happy to do. Will let everyone i know not to go there.
Dr. Sardella is professional and very thorough. If you want a GREAT eye Doctor he is the one you want to see. He is friendly, courteous and has a great staff !!! The BEST eye doctor in Chester County!!
Dr Sardella has such a warm, patient and kind demeanor with my children. He is a wonderful doctor. We have been to both the Coatesville and the Kennett offices and have been happy with the entire staff. Highly recommend for families with children.
