I was diagnosed with chondrosarcoma in July 2015. Up until then I had never heard of Sarcoma, much less chondrosarcoma! I was one of the lucky ones, an mine was caught early, and I was able to have it excised. Since chemo and radiation don’t work on this type of Sarcoma for the most part, it is an even greater threat than most people realize. So far, I am a NERD (no evidence of recurrent disease), but I get yearly scans until 2020, and even then, I don’t know if I will ever be “cured.”
I have Ewing Sarcoma in the spine (diagnosed in July). I want to find out how I can donate through a go fund me page I plan to start in the next few days. Also is there a description of the precise places you spend the money? Thanks SFA
