Excellent service. I arrived an hour before closing time and was served very quickly. The two girls who interact with customers were very friendly, as was the cashier. The floor was slightly dirty, but that's understandable given the number of people who come to recycle.
New building, good location, easy access, lots of parking.

From the moment I walked in, it was clear they had no interest in helping anyone who isn’t already familiar with their bizarre and utterly uncommunicated policies. The staff is unhelpful, unfriendly, and seems to relish in making the process as confusing as possible.
