Always friendly and nice staff !
Service is ok, but they make nothing easy I was just trying to clear out some bottles from my house to make more room. I organize everything take the caps off everything to keep it simple and fast my total comes out to 110.65 but they have to write a cheque anytime it’s over a 100 so I explain to the person I don’t want to run all over town can I just donate or tip 10.65 so I can keep it at a 100 and just be on my way. Closing time is at 430 but they lock the doors just before 4. Very frustrating when you leave work early, load your car up and can't get in, despite them being open for at least 30 more minutes.
Closing at 4:30 is so STUPID. I don’t know any regular jobs that would be able to get there before closing. I even Took time off work so I could do my recycling today, just to get locked out 20 min before closing. My partner was not there with bags and I had some in my vehicle and they locked the doors. They saw me going in and out, but locked them anyways. Poor business practice. Store hours should be till at least 5 or 6…
The Drop and Go at the SARCAN in North Battleford is terrible. It should be called the “Drop and Run” because the staff in the back are rude and unprofessional. I don’t expect quality customer service from a place like SARCAN, after all it is in a place like North Battleford, but yelling at clients crosses the line. Story Time: I finish labelling my bags and I take a peak as to where to put my recycling bags.
