This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at any Saravana Bhavan. First of all, we weren’t even given the choice to order what we actually wanted. What kind of restaurant decides for the customer? When the food finally arrived, it was completely tasteless and served ice cold. Absolutely unacceptable from a place with such a big name.
