The Staff are quite friendly, building is clean and, if one's apartment needs repairs or attention, it is usually delivered in a timely manner.
SOME Very noisy/disrespectful tenants that interrupt your right for “peaceful living” daily (absurdly loud TV bass heard through the floors/walls, shouting). Unfortunately wearing your own headphones doesn’t even block it out nor should it be required for non-issue tenants. Talking to the agency doesn’t seem to make a difference as they seem reluctant to approach or warn other tenants. I have lived here for a year now. This is an excellent building that is run very well. Carla the building manager is amazing to work with too. I definitely recommend living here.
Not a chance I would live on the top floor. You can't see them in these pictures but, the roof is crammed with 5G antennas. I live not too far away, and it bothers me just looking at it.
