Worst management ever.
Deer carcass on the sidewalk next to the state highway has been there for a month - dying, then dead, then bloated and exploded, and now rotting...for a month. SSHOA referred my complaint to the city of Saratoga Springs...who sent my email to UDOT, whose responsibility ends at the curb...so it's back to the city or HOA. Since HOA maintains and designs the sidewalk and easement, makes sense that they have responsibility for its upkeep and safety of the users of said sidewalk. Wish I could give 0 stars. I've had nothing but issues with these guys. They will not talk on the phone only in email or chat system. They will try to fine you for everything! I pay the fine and ask for them to unlock my account and they wait until they can fine you for a late fee then unlock it. It's laughable how poor this place is ran. We're in a drought and they say you can't do turf to help out or they want to fight about it for months.
