Not impressed, the HOA got contracted out, how is it that they can fine a boat when it is attached to a truck that has a HOA sticker in the window, this is just one example of how petty this HOA is. Didn't happen to me, but I got a letter for someone else's kid in the neighborhood gym. They said my kid had his shirt off, I can promise you my daughter did not!! The list goes on. Worst management ever.
Deer carcass on the sidewalk next to the state highway has been there for a month - dying, then dead, then bloated and exploded, and now rotting...for a month. SSHOA referred my complaint to the city of Saratoga Springs...who sent my email to UDOT, whose responsibility ends at the curb...so it's back to the city or HOA. Since HOA maintains and designs the sidewalk and easement, makes sense that they have responsibility for its upkeep and safety of the users of said sidewalk.
